How long will it take my medal to arrive?

All medals are sent using Royal Mail. The medal should arrive within 5-7 working days unless there are any unforeseen circumstances (Covid-19 etc)

What do I get with my medal?

You will receive the medal, the ribbon and an information card in the post. All other useful information such as routes and what to pack can be found on our website to help you plan your TREK accordingly.

I don’t live in the UK, can I still buy a medal?

Yes! Please use the checkout process as normal, if there are any issues at all we will contact you via email.

Do I need to supply you evidence to get a medal?

No we do not need to see any evidence for us to send you the medal. Trek Medals is all about rewarding yourself for the journey you take, we want you to have fun on your TREK not treat it as a race.

Is the Snowdon Trek Medal the only medal you sell?

We have just launched our brand new Ben Nevis challenge medal! We are working hard to expand our medal offering and will be launching other challenges soon.

What size is the medal?

The medal is 60x54mm (cut out) and 3mm thick.

Do you offer guided trips to Snowdon or Ben Nevis?

Currently we do not offer guided trips.

Do you offer a Blue Light discount?
